Looking for child care for your school aged child?
Frankland Day Care Centre currently offers before and after school care for children on site at Frankland Community Public School.
**Our regular “school year” hours of operation are 7:30 am through 6:00 pm!**
At this time Frankland Day Care operates “Full Day Care” (P.A. days, Winter Break, March Break & Summer) at modified/reduced hours – 8:30am – 5:00pm. We are working to be able to offer our regular hours of operation (7:30am-6:00pm). We will notify families and also update on our website once we are able to offer this again.
We offer year round quality Child Care for children from Jr. Kindergarten through Grade 6 (12 years of age).
Frankland Day Care operates three separate programs
- JK/SK – Jr. School Age & Sr. School Age
- Separated programs ensures age appropriate experiences for the children (also limits children to specific cohorts as much as possible).
- Each program is implemented by Registered Early Childhood Educators.
**Frankland Day Care is participating in the Canada Wide Early Learning & Child Care (CWELCC) system. The CWELCC system supports quality, accessible, affordable and inclusive early learning in licensed child care settings serving eligible children under the age of six. Participating in the CWELCC system saw daily fees decrease by 25% in 2022 and beginning January 2023 by 52.75%
